Hi, I had been using the free Remote Utilities for a few years and I had several pc's and servers connectable from my viewer on my pc (they all have the host installed on them).
I got a virus on my pc and had to reinstall windows. I've downloaded the viewer again but how do I connect back to all my pc's and servers - they have the host running on them but I have no way to get to them with a fresh install of the viewer?

Hi, I've been using Remote Utilities for a while on different pc's. One of the pc's has become impossible to control remotely because it keeps jumping every second between 1024x768 'generic' monitor and 1680x1050 Lenovo monitor. There isn't enough time to click on anything before it jumps so it can't be controlled at all, just constant switching between resolutions. There is nobody that can physically get to this machine to alter anything, all I have is Remote Utilities and I need to be able to control this pc ASAP.
Viewer and Host are both on version 6.10.10.0

Hi, I have Remote Utilities Viewer installed on my pc here and I have it installed as host on a Windows 7 pc in another country. I want to upgrade that Windows 7 pc to Windows 10. Will Remote Utilities allow me to complete the installation, ie will it allow me to connect again automatically once Windows 10 is installed? There will be nobody physically at the machine to do anything so it all has to be done remotely.
Host and Viewer are on Remote Utilities 6.10.10.0
