For some reason one of my Hosts has stopped allowing me to login.
It shows as Online in my list
Yet when I try to login it then does the 5 attempts and goes to my Offline list.
Then as soon as it has stopped attempting to login it pops back to my Online list.
and repeat...
I know the PC is online because I run Plex on that PC and can access the files via Plex fine.
I also have another PC right next to this one having the issue that I am able to login to without any problems
This PC has not had this issue previously.
Both Host and Viewer are running the latest versions
I'm guessing the only solution is to reboot the Host PC, but given that it is miles from my current location that is sub-optimal
Any ideas?

I just updated to the latest version of Host and Viewer and now Priniting doe snot work

When I go to print Remote Ultilites Printer is not shwoing in the list of printers.

This has previously worked flawlessly.

I updated the Host with teh normal "Simple Update".

Again, this has never been an issue before.

Help appreciated as Print to PDF, then emailing me the PDF and then printing said PDF is adding far too much time to a job that should be instant

I've removed a connection I need to see if that works and it does, how do I fix this?

RU is saying I have more than my allowed 20 connections.
I do not.
The only thing that could be making it think this is I clicked on Active Directory, which I have never done before, and started looking through it, found a PC on my network I am not connected on and double clicked it to see what might happen, nothing happened.
Now RU is saying I have too many connections and to remove one.
What has happened?

Unfortunately none of the suggestions mentioned had an effect.
The graphics card is a GTX 770 if there are any known issues with that?
But it was fine until the upgrade of Office (previous version of Office didn't have this issue)

Legacy Capture Mode was already enabled.

Tried enabling the Capture Alpha-Blending Windows  Feature and it made no difference.

Recently upgraded Office to the standalone 2021 version.
After doing so when I remote connect to the PC (with screen off) and open Outlook/Word there are missing elements on the screen (see screencap).
This only happens with Office 2021, everything else works as expected.
If I turn the PC screen on the Remote PC on those missing elements suddenly appear.
Any idea what the problem is?
Host version 7.1.5.0

Resolved, there was a DNS misconfiguration on the laptop

Title says it all really.
My laptop will not connect to the Host PC and gives error: 10061 connection refused
But I can connect totally fine from my desktop pc with exactly the same settings!
I am using RU Server and it's just this viewer that seems to be having an issue.
Any ideas what is going on?
