I have updated to the latest version for both viewer & host. However, the blank host screen feature is still not working.

I viewed the host log and found an error - Exception: Error TMyOpenSSLSocket.ReadStream. (EMyOpenSSL Exception). I am not sure whether this is related the the blank host screen issue.

Thank you for your assistance.

1) Both viewer & host machines are using Windows 10, 62-bit operating systems.
2) The graphics card driver is updated to the latest version available. The host machine is using Intel® UHD Graphics 630.
3) Yes, there is an antivirus software installed in the host computer. However, I am not able to change the settings as I do not have administrative rights.

I tried disabling the "Use legacy capture mode" feature & restarted my host computer. I also tried to re-enable the feature but the "blank host screen" feature is still not working.

When I try to apply the "Blank host screen" setting, the host log shows that there is cascade error - Wrong iconnectkind - 272908484. May I know what is the error?

May I also check with you what is relay node redirect?

1. I installed remote utilities host on & tried connecting to one computer only.
2. I enabled the feature from both connection properties windows. I also tried disabling & re-enabling the "Blank Host Screen" feature by invoking the properties window from the Toolbar

I am using version 7.0.0.3 for both viewer & host. I am not sure whether it is due to the updating of host version, the blank host screen feature is not working

Hi, thank you for your reply. I have followed the above steps.

However, when I move my cursor from one viewer window to the other viewer window (eg from the first monitor to the second monitor - host), it does not automatically detect that I have moved my cursor.

I would have to use my mouse to click twice on the second monitor before I can click on the files. Also, when I click on the files displayed on the second monitor, the files displayed on the first monitor would also be clicked.
