I have the same issue. It seams like it is the same type of outage that happens every few months. RU team can you please keep us posted on this issue and ETA on resolution?

For me all connections just return to normal. Few of my coworkers reported that thy can finaly log in to remote hosts as well, hopefully this nightmare is over for all off you guys as well. What a waste of day. @Pauline, with all due respect if so many ppl reported issue on this thread and few other ones, there is an issue that should have been investigated and resolved. it should not matter that we use free licensing or paid one, a user is a user and should be given same amount of attention and service. For me i tried suggested solutions but my colegues wasted entire day and just tried now when i noticed i can finaly log in.... this is not a first time issue like this has happened.

I am on Comcast and haveing same issue. Nothing has changed. Some of our users can and others cannot connect. This happens every now and than but would be nice to know what is causing it and what can be done to prevent it.
