Problem is persisting - no change - have also reinstalled host on remote machine and viewer on local.

In viewer the Host Computer goes "Offline" in dashboard whilst trying to connect and returns to "Online" after failed attempts

FYI - we and everyone else we know who is using RU at the moment are having the same issue with connection refusals on all hosts - this is an RU issue.

OK - so we're just waiting for RU to resolve the issue - fingers crossed it's soon

Are we supposed to be changing settings or applying a fix ... or just waiting for the problem to be resolved at RU
