[FIXED] Remote connection drops after upgrade to 7.0 - and other issues

Did you upgrade your v. 6.x.x.x key to v. 7.x.x.x key using this form.

You can also use Automatic update (self-update) to update to 7.0.0.1.

Thank you for fixing the bug. It looks it's working well. The bug descibed at topic: RU Server 3.0 & screen savers is still observed - when screen saver is on or the screen is off - there is no possibily to connect. The workaround: start "power management" and switch display on. After that it' spossible to connect.

After updating to 7.0.0.1 the problem with the remote connection drops is solved.

I can no longer carry out the File Transfer function after updating to ver 7 this morning and connection dropping often

I have upgraded to 7.0.0.1 but everytime i click the lightning symbol for file transfer it comes up with error " Unable to open Directory.....was ok before update

In my case the problem occured when a host was not version 7. You have to upgrade Viewer and hosts to v.7.
The same problem was in beta.

This is from our release notes:

The remote File Transfer folders now open much faster. Note: this feature requires updating both Viewer and Host to the new version.
