No service Sunday morning 2/20

Hello Everyone,

Our servers are up and running, and we can successfully connect. Besides, the issue is not the free license -both free and commercial licenses connect without an issue.

We noticed that the server cannot be pinged correctly from some locations in the world. This could be a network/internet issue in between.

Could you please ping the DNS name id.remoteutilities.com and report the results, if it pings successfully or if it's a timeout.
