Ran into an issue using the Linux agent.  I'm able to attach from my Windows RU to the Linux (Ubuntu) maching without any problem ... but no mouse control.  Any ideas?

Linux update.   No mouse control on Ubuntu or Debian.  Won't install in Kali due to dependencies.

Linux install into Ubuntu.  Thought it might be Wayland Graphics causing the issue but I ran it without the graphics and still no mouse control.

Hello Martin,

Thank you for the update.

Could you please also let us know if it’s only the mouse input that doesn’t work or if it’s both mouse and keyboard input?

Looking forward to your reply.

Are we any closer to a full linux host?  Really needing it.  The agent works, sort of, but I'm not trusting it in a remote location yet.

Hello Martin,

Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately, we can’t provide any specific ETA for the stable release yet. However, it’s definitely in development and we’ll do our best to make it available as soon as possible.

Let us know if you have other questions.

Having recently updated my Linux box to Zorin 17, connecting still works, but the screen on the remote (Windows 11) machine is now just black. The connection is listed on the Linux machine and the mouse appears to be moving, though invisible, as different parts of the Linux screen highlight, indicating mouseover.

Hello Jim,

Thank you for your message.

Please double-check if you have the Blank the host's screen option enabled in the Connection properties -> Additional properties tab. Try disabling the option, and reconnecting to your remote machine.

Hope that helps.

There is no such option on the Linux host. When I set it for that connection in the Windows viewer it does nothing, in fact after connecting to the Linux machine and checking back, it is no longer enabled. It's the remote screen that shows a blank, regardless of this setting.

I also discovered this same symptom occurs when I access Linux from my Android phone.
