Hi There, Same problem out here in Australia. 5 clients can't connect and getting "request timed out" when pinging id.remoteutilities.com

It looks like we found the root cause. It may take 2 to 3 hours to restore connectivity. I'll report back here immediately once our engineers notify us about the problem getting fixed.

Mine has just come online again this minute, as in, I can connect using internet to remote hosts. However the ping still times out. Am in New Zealand.

We disabled the ping for now. But the servers operate normally.

all remote computers show as "online".  (just as they did this morning)  Cannot initialize connection however.

Still cannot connect to any remote connections. Pings still time out.
