Still not connecting on windows 10 and also Mac
Support level: Endpoint
Since you restarted your servers I'm unable to login using my Linux client (latest)
Still not working. As per the log:

InetConnection #371733. Socket error. Name: "xxxxxxxx", host: "178.162.214.240:5655". Exception class: "EIdReadTimeout". Message: "Read timed out.".
This is with no AV.

Just to add the status flicks between online and offline when trying to connect to the host it fails then shows status offline while trying to reconnect.

Just to add aswell, trying to use a fresh install on a pc thats never had viewer installed, it doesn't ask for host password .

In my opinion this is maybe where the problem stems from. Maybe This is the issue that needs fixing.

Tried windows and mac still no go. Restarted host aswell

If you cannot enter a password and the host has a Password, it's not going to connect

Indeed but how will that help restore de backend that fails ? I'm confused @#
