Can Sync Address Book use Active Directory to validate User's password

... sign in to the RU Server in their viewer they would use their AD credentials for Username and Password. My RU Host would be configured to use the Custom server security. The host would communicate with the RU Server though a opening in the VPN firewall and allow/control the appropriate access to the user.

Connection refused

... working yesterday, but today, unable to connect via Internet ID. I have connected fine to in house computers, using IP Address, but not able to access any remote PC's, a couple of external user have also reported this as a fault. Have set them up with VPN connections, and changed them to IP Connect.


Unable to update hosts

... I was at a point where I thought I was going to have to ditch the software, which I really didn't want to do. I talk the user through getting their ip address and direct connect to their machine. Thankfully, they are either in the office or on the vpn, so I can then direct connect instead of using the internet id. Any way to wake a computer when I'm on not the same LAN?

... computer and he consistently puts the computer to sleep before leaving for the day and I have no way to wake it back up so I can work on it. I'm at home using remote utilities so I'm not on the work network. Is there a way to wake it up or would I need to VPN into the work network first? Thanks!
