Easier Callback Option on Agent

Hi!
I was thinking maybe it would be useful for a better and faster remote assistance, to include a rapid callback connect button in the Agent window.
Something like this:
(quick Paint edition)
Maybe even could popup a little window that allows you to modify the text message..
That way people could just open the agent, and click on my connection and i would be assisting them just like that.
What do you think? I mean, its just the same windows and options that already exist, just all together in a new menu, it should be easy to do right?
I hope you can do it :D
Thanks, bye!

Last version using, agent opened and get this error:
"had found a not safe app (Win32/RemoteAdmin.RemoteUtilities.B) that RemoteUtilities is trying to access"
probably poorly written because the original was in spanish, but i think its understandable.
Just reporting for you to know, no big deal, i just clicked "ignore"

Hey! Yes, its me once again..
When i install Server console, im getting this error when trying to connect to my remote server:
"error code: 0".
I couldnt find this error in the KB
i realized that i can only connect to ONE server from ONE computer.
I cant connect to that server from another computer, and i cant connect from the same computer to another server..
I installed the 64 bits beta zip that i found here in the forums (i installed in both server and remote), but no luck

Thats a shame..
And what about minimize Agent to tray?
As i can see, when i start agent, it also start "rfusclient.exe /tray /user", but when i close Agent Window, it also closes that one.
I mean, Agent and Host uses the same .exes and almost in the same way, it shouldnt be difficult to do what i ask right?
I dont even mean in an update, maybe creating a .bat using the same files, just cant get with the right combination

Hey! Its me again.
I would like to create a shortcut on the client computer that open a simple window that shows the ID, so my client can bring it to me. Something like Agent version, or maybe just open the same tiny window that open when i click "Internet ID Settings".
YES, i know about the tray icon, but sometimes could be simpler just to ask to double click the "remote access" shortcut..
Is there any way to do this? Ive tried with some commands but no luck.

Hey there.
This is more an advice rather than a Request.
I was just able to receive your license key mail in public domains like Hotmail or Gmail.
But not in my domains.
The problem is you dont meet the requirements stated in RFC2821, because the hostname you declare is not a FQDN.
There is the log of my hosting:
2018-04-27 16:14:41 H=remoteutilities.com (remoteutilities) [104.236.34.44]:40972 X=TLSv1.2:ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:256 CV=no rejected MAIL <remoteut_www@remoteutilities>: Access denied - Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1)
As you can see, your host is "remoteutilities.com", when it should be an FQDN as "mail.remoteutilities.com" or something like that.
I only had troubles receiving mails for my license key (i just used an @live.com account as a workaround), but i assume i wouldnt be able to receive any..
As i said, this is nothing more than an advice for you guys!
Bye!

Question about RU Server

Hi!
I was using RU for the last few days, and i think its the best Remote Software i've tried so far.
I have just a question about the RU Server working.
Using it as a Relay server, means that ALL traffic goes thru it?
I mean, not only gives IDs to Clients, but also manages the Remote Conection itself?
In that case, that means that the fastest Internet conection will give me flawless performance on the Remote session?
Thank you in advance! Keep going with this great software
