Sorry, forgot to update you on the status yesterday. MalwareBytes promised that the issue would be fixed in the next update. Here is the related forum thread.
Malwarebytes just updated last night and is attempting to quarantine rutserv.exe and all its registry entrys calling it a suspect program. You may want to get with them on this especially with all the talk about Ransomware today
That would be very helpful, then I know we can consider a full change of the service for our users other than using our cumbersome ssl vpn firewall service which is very slow and costly at times.
