Free license: Notification near the system tray and other changes

Unfortunately, the draft of the posts are not saved on the forum. However, when you click the Preview button, you still should be able to post right from the previewing window by clicking the Reply button located in its usual spot:o, I finished, and hit PREVIEW. After that, I thought I'd see the option to SEND/POST, but I didn't. I also could find no way to get back to the edit screen. After RE-logging in, I still couldn't even find my draft or the preview. Luckily, I clipped it before even trying the preview.
We actually plan to add a feature to hide the notification banner on the Viewer's side, i.e. it will still be visible on the Host's side, but you won't see it in your remote session window. In addition, we plan to add the option to sel ect the corner to display the notification banner as well. These improvements should be available in one of our next updates.Display the banner the way it is, (fairly opaque), but provide a "DISMISS for 5 minutes." It could even prevent clicking under the banner, since I can remove it.
Please note that it's already possible to Get or Set remote clipboard, i.e. copy the contents of the remote clipboard to the local clipboard and vice versa via the Get remote clipboard/Set remote clipboard commands on the Full Control window's Toolbar.So, SOMEWHERE, you must CLEARLY show the STATE of clipboard transfers, as well as the ability with one click, to CHANGE IT on the fly without going into any menus.
In addition, please note that you can also disable automatic clipboard sync for any specific Host (or for all newly added connections by default) by enabling the Do not synchronize clipboard feature in the Connection Properties -> Remote screen tab - in this case you will still be able to transfer the clipboard contents to and fr om the remote Host machine manually using the Get clipboard/Set clipboard commands.
Please note that we already provide this functionality. In order to use it, please enable and set up the Ask User Permission feature in the Host Settings -> Confirmation tab. This feature allows invoke a message on the remote machine that prompts the remote user to accept or reject an incoming connection.One option that might help in some cases, is to require the user to "ACCEPT", before any session is initiated, when installed. An added hurdle for ADMINs, but for a USER, any way you cut it, what we do IS an intrusion on their privacy, and can't be avoided. However, they should be able to "close and lock the door" to prevent intrusions at least some of the time.
In this case we also recommend to enable the Address Book Encryption which helps to protect your address book data (passwords and other credentials) in case someone got unauthorized access to your files on the Viewer computer.And so now, if the ADMIN'S PC is hacked, the USER's credentials are also at risk, even if the reputable admin is very proficient and studious.

Please try updating your Host to the most recent version 7.1.2.0 and see if you're able to connect to it after it's updated to the latest version.

Yes, we've submitted tickets to Talos and actually I can see right now here that IP address 64.20.61.146 has neutral reputation and is not added to their blocklist as of now. If you've seen that this IP address is still blocked or added to some other blocklists by Talos, please let us know.

Could you please try enabling the Use legacy capture mode feature in the Host Settings -> Other tab and see if this helps to fix the issue? After enabling the feature please make sure to restart your Host in order for the changes to be applied.
Please note that you can also enable the feature remotely within your Viewer via the Remote Settings feature - in this case Host will be restarted automatically when you submit the changes.

Host and Agent availability for Linux and Mac

Please note that Host for Mac/Linux is already in development and we plan to release it in the nearest time as it's our biggest priority at the moment.
As for the Raspberry PI - we do have plans for releasing Viewer (and Host/Agent subsequently) for ARM Mac/Linux OSs as well sometime later.
We apologize for keeping everyone waiting for so long. We're doing our best (especially our developers) to make the promised releases available as soon as we can. However, please note that we're always transparent with our ETAs (even if we can't provide one for some features). Unfortunately, some delays with the release have occurred due to the fact that it was decided to use more advanced framework, which has made the development process longer, but will ultimately make the product better and more reliable.Honestly, when will the developer team start taking care of it?
I find it dishonest to go around making excuses and lying to their customers.

Thanks for the feature suggestion! We actually already have a similar feature in or wishlist - we plan to improve the auto-reconnect mechanism and provide more options and time to reconnect to a remote Host. This will be definitely implemented in our future updates, however, unfortunately we can't provide any specific ETA on it for now.

2FA confirmation refused during setup

Could you please clarify if you've tried deleting the following registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Usoris\Remote Utilities Host\Host\Parameters and re-installing Host as described on the KB page? The issue might be caused by an incorrect token stored on your Host machines (perhaps, as traces of previous installations), so in this case a clean Host installation might help to resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, we do not provide our software for private testing, however, we will definitely release a beta version for public testing.
