For some reason I lost my Address Book of the computers i Had, and now I can't seem to keep the Lic File Active. Every time I Register it it doesn't hold, it goes back to 31 day trial

I just wanted to say How well this software works, and how fast and efficient the support staff  here is at returning your emails. I run a small business and my customers really depend on me to help them remotely. I use to be a Paid  [censored] User for many Years, But after the company got bigger they just forgot about the little guy. and focused on the money So I switched, and I'm so glad I did. Best move I ever made.

I have no anti virus installed on either the viewer or host, everything worked yesterday, been trying all day today no go..i even reinstalled the host with no luck

For some reason I can see all my connection, the viewer tells me they are online, but When I go to connect to them it keeps retrying , is there a server down?

Please disregard My Message as I found the Key, Sorry for the trouble
