Hello Emiliano,
Thank you for your message.
Vasilis has noted correctly in the message above - unfortunately, File Transfer connection mode is yet to be implemented in Viewer for Mac/Linux. You can see the full list of features available in Viewer for Mac/Linux as well as the features that are going to be implemented in subsequent updates here, in the very first message.
In case if you mean something else, please let us know.
Hope that helps.
Tank you so much for replying.

Is there a rough timeframe for when remote/shared address book will be added to the Mac client? The shared address book is a critical feature for my company. Thx

Hello Aaron,
Thank you for your message.
Could you please clarify if you mean the address book sync via RU Server feature? If this is the case, then this feature will be implemented in the final release of Viewer for Mac/Linux which we hope to release by the end of this year.
Hope that helps.

Yes, I do mean the "address book sync via RU Server". Thank you for the status update!

Is the clipboard supposed to work between host and client? I can't get it to work on my end (with latest beta versions of both).
Also, I'm having problems with the arrow keys. Sometimes they work normally, but in most software they won't carry their normal function. For example, with Windows Sticky Notes they send values "2", "4", "6" and "8". Also I can't seem to shift+left or shift+right for selecting content.

Hello Simon,
Thank you for your message.
Am I right in assuming that you use Viewer for Mac/Linux of the latest 1.0.6.q Beta 6 version and Host for Windows of the latest 6.12.4.0 Beta 4 version? If this is the case, then could you please check if you have the Disable clipboard transfer in the Host Settings -> Other tab?
In addition, please note that this is a Beta version of Viewer, so it has limited functionality and more features will be added at later stages. You can find the full list of currently available features on the first page of this thread in the first message.
As for the issues with the arrow keys, unfortunately, we couldn't reproduce it yet, but we will additionally test it out to see if it can be fixed in our future updates.
Please let us know if you have other questions.

Hi Polina,
Yes, latest versions for both Viewer and Host. I did check for the clipboard setting in the host parameters and it was unchecked.
Thanks!

Hello Simon,
Thank you for your patience.
I've checked with our developers on the issue. Could you please clarify if you use Viewer for Mac or for Linux OS? In case if you use Viewer for Linux, there are currently some issues with the numeric keypad that might be causing such behavior of the arrow keys. This issue will be fixed in the next update. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please let us know if you have other questions.
