Hello Michael,

We will try to reproduce the issue but there is a good chance that this issue is caused by the framework/IDE that we use. We will try to determine if that's the case.

Thank you.

Justin,

We released another update of the iOS app yesterday. Please, install it and let us know if it works now for iOS 8.

Hello Larry,

There are no requirements as to what specific ISP is used when Internet connection is involved. Wherever there is Internet access, Remote Utilities should work. Except a situation when the ISP or the perimeter firewall in an organization deliberately blocks outgoing connection to our intermediary severs, which is very rare and usually because of an overly strict security policy.

Still, we will release another update for backward compatibility that fixes the bug with iOS v.8.x as well, but there is no ETA yet.

Thank you.

Hi Jeff,

Currently, the Agent doesn't support CAD. But we'll see what we can do to implement CAD support for the Agent.

Hello Jeff,

Thank you for your message. On the remote side, are you using the Host or the Agent? Also, what the operating system on the local and remote side?

Agent temporary as service for remote reboot?

Hi Jeff,

This feature is still in the works. For everything to work smooth it does require some additional changes to be made to other code. We just want to make sure that everything works properly before we release it.

Thanks.
