Today, when trying to connect from desktop-b to desktop-a (wh ere i installed host and viewer both), i can login, i can see the desktop, but mouse and keyboard inputs does not work!

Could you please perform the following steps:

1. Check in Settings for Host -> Security -> Modes tab. Full control checkbox must be unchecked.
2. Reboot your Host machine.

when i run the viewer, it always crashes!

Try to run Viewer by executing "rutview.exe" as an administrator. You can find this file in your Viewer installation folder.

Looking forward to your reply.

Arthur,

You should use our automatically created shortcut to start the Host. You can find it in Start -> All programs -> Remote Utilities - Host -> Start Host.
Or you can create it by yourself. It should looks like
"%the_way_to_your_Host_folder%\rutserv.exe /start"

Arthur,

Right now you can't stream your screen to a remote user with just one button. Sorry for that.

You can use portable Viewer on a remote computer and Agent on your local machine for that. Just the regular connection. You can allow just "View only" mode on Agent to be sure that remote user can't do anything but observe.

But it is a really good suggestion! We will consider it and possibly add to our wish list.

Hello Arthur,

Thank you for your message.

You can use our Agent for this purpose.
This tutorial can help you to understand how it works:
https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/docs/connecting-using-agent/

You can also create your own preconfigured Agent. Here you can read how to do that:
https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/docs/agent-package/

Don't hesitate to ask me, if you have any questions.

We will think about releasing this feature at some point in the future.

Hello Shawn,

Thank you for your message.

We don't have this feature right now. But it is a really great suggestion! We will consider it and possibly add to our wish list.

Hello,

Thank you for your message.

It is very hard to announce the exact date. It could be the end of this year or the first half of 2015.

Could you please expand Network Adapters in Device Manager, right-click the adapter, click Properties, click the Power Management tab, and then clear the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power check box.

Looking forward to your reply.

Hello Paul,

Thank you for your message.

You can import/export your connections with all settings if you go for Tools -> Import/Export connections.
You can also see your license key in Help -> License key storage. You can save it anywhere you want in the text file.
