Remote View Event Viewer
You mean direct access, a connection mode similar to Terminal or Remote Registry mode, not just running compmgmt.msc in the Full Control mode?
Host / Agent callback from command line
Thank you for your message.
I'm sorry, but we do not plan to implement this.
Unprecise Online/Offline status
Regarding this issue. Found a small bug that caused this behavior. So it was not normal, actually, I was mistaken. So we'll fix it in the upcoming version. After starting the portable viewer (6508), i see my list of available computers. I'll pick one of them and it's shown as "online" - everything normal until here. Just after clicking on a computer (to open the remote control), it's shown as "offline" for about 5 secs. The connection will be established and i am able to see the host screen and do normal operations. Is that normal? Sometimes it delays for more than 5 secs...
Wrong Client-IP displayed in Viewer
It is possible that those computers are directly available and the program detects this. But I will ask our development to be sure and get back to you.But there are some other entries (which are not shown in the picture) which are displaying the right client (wan) IP.

Glad to hear the issue is resolved and thanks for sending a false positive report to Microsoft.
Unprecise Online/Offline status
Yes, this is normal. It doesn't mean connection is broken.
Yes, this is one of the features on our wishlist. Now that we have implemented this "true online status" we can also add this one too.And how about a feature like "Last seen", where it will store the last time when the computer was online ?
Wrong Client-IP displayed in Viewer
That is actually a correct behavior. If you connect through an internet-ID server, the Host is "invisible" for the Viewer. The ID server doesn't translate the IP address to the Viewer, and in most cases there is no point to do that - by definition the Internet-ID connection is used when you want to reach a remote computer located behind a router and/or firewall. Therefore, the IP address of the Host in this case will be the IP address of the router.
Silent Deployment
Sure. We'll do our best to provide the new installer for download as soon as possible.

We submitted a new request to Microsoft yesterday just as they instructed but so far no news from them.
Sorry for any inconvenience. By the way, perhaps it would speed up the process if you could submit a request too. It only takes a minute. Here is a link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/security/portal/submission/submit.aspx
The file which is falsely detected is rutview.exe, it's the Viewer executable file. It can be found in C:\Program Files\Remote Utilities - Viewer\. You need to zip the file before uploading - the form doesn't allow files more than 10Mb to be attached.
Thanks.

Informational messages won't stop anyone, of course. No one can protect the user enough, if they don't want to protect themselves and follow even the basic "don'ts" such as "don't click on links in emails received from strangers".This would stop any rouge users fr om gaining access without the end user noticing?
The purpose of the message is rather different. They target users who are aware of the dangers of the "Interwebz" and are capable to protect themselves if warned. So such message will gently notify the user about software that they may or may not have authorized and provide guidance on what to do in the latter case.
In the new 6.6 update the whole process is going to be much less intrusive. And the most important thing is that an admin will be able to connect right away without waiting the user's input. The single informational message is supposed to replace two other messages currently shown - the one that asks for permission to send an email and the message that warns about Internet-ID being generated. The Issue is with actual installation, where there is a large group of users we prefer to not to harass them with popups or prompt wh ere it could inundate a support person with 100's of calls to ask whats going on etc.
Thanks.
